Beginning Thursday, 3/19, our dine-in area will be closed to customers in order to comply with current social distancing recommendations. We will stil be accepting delivery and carry-out orders. During this time, our staff remains dedicated to servicing our community while taking all necessary safety precautions.

Additionally, all K-12 students can receive a free breakfast between the hours of 8-11am, Monday-Friday. Choices include waffles, a short stack of pancakes, or two (2) scones. Closed schools should not equal hungry children!

A word from our founder...

As a self-taught confectionary enthusiast, Moonflower began as a pipe dream. With no formal training and no ties to an established business, I had relegated myself to baking as a hobby. I enjoyed it - loved it - and I considered every smile I brought to someone's face a personal achievement. Eventually, it wasn't enough to just indulge here and there. With hard work, perseverence, an extra scoop of stubborn determination, and more love and support than I could ever ask for, I landed where I am today.

Locations, menus, and circumstances may change, but our goal remains the same - to bring a little taste of home (heart and Seoul, if you will) to our customers. Moonflower means the world to me and I hope, in time, it can mean a little something to you too.

Catering services available for special events:
birthdays, graduations, weddings, anniversaries, corporate events, etc.

For full details regarding our catering services, please contact us via phone, email, or our contact form. You will be contacted within 24 hours to discuss your event needs!

Weddings

Wedding consultations include a sampling of up to five cake flavors of your choice, along with a design and brainstorm session. Consultations are typically scheduled Monday through Saturday from 10am until 3pm and last approximately one hour. Cost is $25 which will be deducted from the final price of your cake if you choose to book with us. To schedule a consultation and place your deposit, please give us a call or stop by in person (with your list of flavors on hand!) and we'll reserve your appointment.

Other Events

• Any items listed on our regular menu page or our custom cakes page can typically be arranged (subject to seasonal availability).
• RSVP catering or set-menu can be arranged. Please keep in mind, RSVP menu orders must be received no later than 7 days prior to the event start date.
• Regular catering services are offered within a 25-mile radius of Brooklyn. Travel catering for larger events is available at an additional charge.
• Bookings are available with 2 weeks notice, pending date availability. Please note our minimum catering job is set at 30 servings (any combination of menu items).

Ordering

In stock/everyday menu items: For large carry out orders, you must call to submit your order at least 24 hours in advance! This ensures we have what you want - fresh and ready for you to grab and go! For regular orders, catch us on Postmates, GrubHub, and Uber Eats!

Custom cakes: Please place orders at least one week in advance. For rush or last minute orders, there will be a $20 fee. Do not forget to choose whether your order will be pick-up or delivery as there is a delivery fee associated. When placing an order, a non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure your order, with an additional 25% required once the mock-up and details have been discussed/confirmed. You may choose to pay in full at time you submit the order if you wish. An order is not considered confirmed until payment has been received - if payment is not secured within 24 hours from the time the invoice is sent, your order will be canceled. Please include as much detail as possible as no changes will be only be allowed within 48 hours of when an order is submitted.

This is such a great bakery for delicious slices of cake. I found the cake to have the perfect balance of cream and cake. The cake was dense and the cream was perfectly sweet. The place has so many options, there's definitely something for everyone. The service here is also fast and friendly.

GO TO MOONFLOWER! They have everything your tastebuds desire - layered cakes, brownies, cookies, cake pops, and more. Service was great! Our server was attentive and we even snagged a table outside in their garden area. Go with friends and have a girls night out or even go for date night!
